In a verified petition for writ of prohibition the relatrix alleges that she and one Edmond Davis were husband and wife. That the husband brought suit for divorce in the Superior Court of Madison County, in which action relatrix filed ' a cross-complaint, and upon trial of the cause before the judge, on July 15, 1940, she was granted a divorce, the care and custody of their two children, and the father was ordered to pay $10 a week for their support.
