MEMORANDUM OPINION
COLLEEN KOLLAR-KOTELLY, District Judge.
Presently before the Court is Plaintiffs [49] Objection to Magistrate Judge’s Ruling. Plaintiff objects to Magistrate Judge Deborah A. Robinson’s [47, 48] Memorandum Opinion and Order (“Mem. Opin.”), which denied Plaintiffs request for attorney’s fees. Magistrate Judge Robinson found Plaintiff was not a prevailing party and thus not eligible for attorney’s fees pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412.
