{¶ 1} Appellant, Donna Warnecke (“Donna”), appeals the October 8, 2010 judgment of the Wyandot County Court of Common Pleas dismissing her claims for conversion, fraud, and unjust enrichment against appellees, Valli Chaney (“Valli”) and Jim Chaney (“Jim”).

{¶ 2} Donna is Valli’s mother. In 2005, Valli made arrangements for Donna to move from her home in Fostoria, Ohio, to McCutchenville, Ohio, where Valli resides. Donna’s health was deteriorating, and it was no longer practical for her to live in her five-bedroom house in Fostoria, which also required maintaining a swimming pool…
