MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN T. LANEY, III, Bankruptcy Judge.

On September 28, 1993, the court held a hearing on Broadcast Capital, Inc.’s (hereinafter “Broadcast”) motion to reopen the case. The court granted the motion to reopen the case. Broadcast also had pending a motion to correct the confirmation order. At the end of the hearing, the court took the motion to correct the confirmation order under advisement.
