FOLTA, District Judge.

Plaintiff brings this appeal under Sec. 43-3-22, A.C.L.A.1949 from the decision and award of the Alaska Industrial Board in which plaintiff-employer was found liable in a compensation claim by an employee, Linda Johnson.

“On or about June 2, 1948, Linda Miriam Johnson was injured when the plane in which she was being transported. by the defendant company for work in its cannery at Libbyville, Alaska, turned over upon landing.
