This is an appeal by Dewey Daniel Wine-barger (hereinafter “Appellant”) from a jury determination in the Circuit Court of McDowell County finding the Appellant guilty of voluntary manslaughter of his son-in-law, Mr. Kenny Price (hereinafter “decedent” or “Mr. Price”). On appeal, the Appellant contends that the lower court erred in admitting certain testimony concerning allegations of the Appellant’s prior utilization of weapons.
