This appeal arises from a grant of summary judgment in favor of KH2, LLC (“KH2”), and against Leah Betts, in her official capacity as Collector of Revenue of Greene County, Missouri (“Collector”), establishing KH2’s rights as holder of an absolute estate to certain real property in fee simple. The trial court’s judgment determined that Collector’s inclusion of a claimed debt owed to the City of Springfield (“City”) for the cost of nuisance abatement in a tax bill for real property purchased at public auction for non-payment of delinquent taxes had been waived, released, or…
