OPINION

NAJAM, Judge

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Elizabeth Sanders appeals her convictions of Involuntary Manslaughter, a Class C felony, and Neglect of a Dependent, as a Class B felony. Following a jury trial, the trial court sentenced Sanders to eight years on Count I and twenty years on Count II, to be served, consecutively, for a total executed sentence of twenty-eight years.

We affirm in part, reverse in part and remand with instructions.
