This Court’s conduct of a March 1998 bench trial in this action has been followed by, the submission of proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law by counsel for plaintiffs Richard Mussetter (“Mussetter”) and his wife Kimberly (collectively “Musset-ters”) and counsel for defendants Richard Lyke (“Lyke”) and Axiom Financial Services, Inc.
