PROCEDURAL HISTORY/ISSUES

Phyllis Paradeis (Phyllis) filed an Application for Order to Show Cause based upon Donald Paradeis’ (Donald) delinquency in the making of alimony payments.

On May 26, 1989, the Court heard evidence relating to this matter. The Court determined that monies Phyllis had received from Donald after their divorce would be considered alimony and not a loan, relieving Donald of any alimony ar-rearages and that alimony would cease in this matter.
