Plaintiff brought this action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by her through the alleged negligence of the defendant.
In substance the complaint alleges that on September 1, 1917, the defendant, a street car company,- removed from its tracks located on State street, Salt Lake City, several cars of dirt and rock, and unlawfully and wrongfully caused the same to be unloaded upon the traveled portion of said street at or near what is known as Oakland avenue, an avenue extending at right angles westward from said State street; that said dirt was wrongfully and negligently…
