—In an action to set aside a conveyance as fraudulent as to them, the plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Roncallo, J.), entered September 8, 1993, which, upon an order of *395the same court, dated May 12, 1993, denying their motion to dismiss the defendants’ affirmative defenses and granting the defendants’ cross motion for summary judgment, is in favor of the defendants and against them dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, without costs or disbursements, and the complaint is reinstated; and it is further,
