State v. Johnson

This cause came on to be heard upon the appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County. We have sua sponte removed this cause from the accelerated calendar in order to review the issues more fully, as they deserve.

Talmadge Johnson, defendant-appellant (“Johnson”), entered a plea of no contest to a charge of carrying a concealed weapon in violation of R.C. 2923.12, and he was sentenced to six months’ probation.
