BILLINGS, Presiding Judge.
Suit to quiet title to 120 acres of land located in Texas County. The trial court found and determined title to the tract was in Texas County and quieted title accordingly. We reverse and remand with directions.
Plaintiff Lewis County based its claim of title on an indemnity patent from the United States to the State of Missouri and a patent from the State of Missouri to Lewis County, both patents arising out of federal and state swamp land legislation.
