This matter is before the court after trial for final disposition of Plaintiff PCS Nitrogen, Inc.’s (“PCS”) cause of action for fraudulent conveyance. The claims in this case arise out of litigation that resolved liability under the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (“CERCLA”) for the remediation of the Columbia Nitrogen Superfund Site (“Site”) in Charleston, South Carolina.
