Cross-appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered January 6, 1975 in Albany County, which, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, refused to direct respondents to pay petitioner’s back pay and directed respondent Nyquist to apply the provisions of Part 83 of the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education (8 NYCRR Part 83) in its entirety to petitioner.
