Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Reilly, Jr., J.), entered February 5, 2002 in Schenectady County, which, inter alia, granted a cross motion by defendants Todd R. McQuade and Butterfield Contracting Ltd. for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against them.
Plaintiff sustained the injuries forming the basis for this action in an October 30, 1998 rollover car accident on the Thruway in Albany County.
