Timothy E. Leazer (Father) appeals from a trial court judgment modifying a decree of dissolution. 1 We affirm in part and remand in part.

Factual and Procedural Background

In January 1998, the trial court entered a Judgment and Decree of Dissolution (Decree) dissolving the marriage of Father and Melissa K. Leazer (Mother). One child (Child) was born of the marriage on January 12, 1995.
