This is an application by the People for an order supple*237menting this court’s previous order directing the defendant to submit to a psychiatric examination on behalf of the People.
The defendant has been indicted on charges of murder in the second degree (Penal Law, § 125.25) and arson in the second degree (Penal Law, § 150.15) and has served notice that she will rely on the defense of mental disease or defect.
