A jury found defendants James Perruquet and Mark Vreland guilty of burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary. Defendants on appeal argue that their burglary convictions must be reversed because the State failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they had the requisite intent to commit burglary. Defendants also argue that their conspiracy convictions must be reversed because the State failed to show an agreement between the two defendants to commit burglary. Finally, defendants argue that if their convictions for burglary are affirmed, their convictions for conspiracy must be reversed…
