Very few facts are in dispute. Plaintiff owns some 25 acres of land in Irondequoit, lying just easterly of a subdivision known as Winton Village. He claims in this action that he owns also the beds of the various streets in the subdivision and certain irregularly shaped open spaces at street intersections shown on a map of the subdivision and there designated “ Park ”.
