MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

I. Introduction.

Debtors Kent and Tonya Stallings filed a petition for Chapter 11 relief on April 23, 2002. Docket No. 1. On Debtors’ motion, the Court ordered the case converted to a Chapter 12 case on July 5, 2002. Docket No. 33.

Debtors filed their first proposed Chapter 12 plan on August 6, 2002. Docket No. 39. Confirmation of that plan was denied by the Court at a hearing held on September 10, 2002. Docket No. 48.
