This is an appeal from a final decree of the court of chancery dismissing the complainant’s bill. The complainant below and the appellant in this court (hereinafter referred to as the complainant) is a New Jersey corporation owning a tract of land in Jefferson township, Morris county, New Jersey, of approximately one hundred and seventy-five acres, which it is engaged in developing for summer resort purposes.
