In this interlocutory appeal from the trial court’s denial of its special appearance, appellant Shelter Mutual Insurance Company (“Shelter”) asserts it has insufficient contacts with the State of Texas to support the exercise of jurisdiction. Because we conclude Shelter’s contacts with Texas are sufficient to support general jurisdiction and the exercise of jurisdiction is consistent with traditional notions of fair play and substantial justice, we affirm the trial court’s order.
