WATSON, Chief Judge.
This action is before the Court on motion of the plaintiff for an order directing a trial by a jury of the issues raised by the pleadings.
The action was commenced in the Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, to recover damages for injuries suffered by the plaintiff as the result of a fall on the sidewalk in front of premises allegedly owned or occupied by the various defendants.
