The appellant is here seeking reversal of his judgment of conviction and sentence to three years imprisonment, to be served concurrently, on each of Counts 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 1a of an indictment charging violations of Title 18, U.S.C., Section 7, Title 18, U.S.C., Section 13 and Section 832.05, Florida Statutes Annotated, arising from the uttering and passing during September 1969, of five truéname, insufficient fund checks, in amounts respectively of $100 (Count Two), $100 (Count Three), $75 (Count Four), $100 (Count Five) and $100 (Count Six), at Air Force Base…
