Before the Panel:* Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1407, plaintiff in an action pending in the Southern District of Illinois moves to centralize this litigation in that *1382district. The motion encompasses that action and six others: two in the Southern District of Florida, and one each in the Central District of California, the Northern District of Illinois, the District of New Hampshire, and the District of Nevada, as listed on Schedule A. The Panel has been notified of two additional related actions.1
