This is an appeal from a judgment of the county court reversing a judgment for the plaintiff in justice’s court.

Plaintiff and defendant agreed in writing that defendant should work plaintiff’s farm on shares, each to have one-half of the products, the defendant to sell the marketable products and pay plaintiff his one-half. The action was brought for the balance due plaintiff under this contract for certain produce sold by defendant.
