(on petition for rehearing). The plaintiff has petitioned for a rehearing. The petition is largely a reargument of the questions considered and determined in the former opinion. It is earnestly and vigorously contended that the actions of Judge Thomson were void and that the judgment and sentence pronounced by him as judge of the District Court of Walsh County were nullities, and that this Court erred in not so holding.
