HOLMES, Circuit Judge.

The Great Eastern Oil Company was duly incorporated, and its charter filed with the Secretary of State of Texas on March 10, 1931, with an authorized capital stock of 500,000 shares of the par value of one dollar each. Among its original incorpora-tors, stockholders, and officers, was one Grover Hartt, also president of the Hartt Petroleum Company, which was a Delaware corporation duly organized on August 13, 1929.
