LEVY, Judge.

International Bankers Insurance Co. appeals a final judgment awarding George and Wanda Wegener attorney’s fees of $137,046.87. For the following reasons, we reverse.

The Wegeners obtained a favorable jury verdict in an action on a policy of mortgage guaranty insurance issued by International Bankers Insurance Co. The trial court subsequently entered a judgment notwithstanding the verdict in favor of the insurer, from which judgment the Wegeners successfully appealed. Wegener v. International Bankers Ins. Co., 494 So.2d 259 (Fla. 3d DCA 1986), rev. denied, 504 So.2d 767 (Fla.1987).…
