In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for personal injuries resulting from a criminal assault, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Dowd, J.), dated November 18, 1987, which granted the motion of the defendant Pratt Institute and cross motion of the defendants 205 Ashland Associates and its general and limited partners for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as it is asserted against them.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs payable to the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
