Appeal by the de*845fendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Hall, J.), rendered December 22, 2004, convicting him of gang assault in the first degree (two counts), robbery in the first degree, and assault in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
