MEMORANDUM OPINION 1

I.Introduction

In two issues, Appellant Francisco De-gadillo a/k/a Francisco Delgadillo appeals his conviction for burglary of a habitation. 2 We affirm.

II.Factual and Procedural History

Degadillo and Filiberto Gorostieta shared a house in Fort Worth for several months in 2005. About 1:00 a.m. on December 2, 2005, two weeks after Degadillo had moved out of the house, two men broke into the house. Filiberto identified one of the men as Degadillo.
