In this diversity action, plaintiff Anastasia Myskina sues defendants Condé Nast Publications, Inc. (“Condé Nast”) and its magazine Gentleman’s Quarterly (“GQ”), 1 Mark Seliger, and Mark Seliger Studio 2 for violations of Sections 50 and 51 of New York Civil Rights Law, misappropriation, unjust enrichment, negligence, and breach of contract.
