A. H. Myers, Jr., as the personal representative of the estates of Ardeis Myers, Sr. and Flora E. Myers, and as trustee under a deed of trust, 1 appeals from the judgment entered on jury-tried exceptions to a commissioners’ award in this highway condemnation case.
