Petitioners1 have filed a petition for review in the nature of a complaint in equity asking this Court to enjoin the Respondents2 from the implementation of that part of Executive Order 1980-18 (Executive Order) promulgated on September 3, 1980, by Governor Thornburgh, which requires Petitioner Mazzie and other designated employees of the Commonwealth to file a Statement of Financial Interest.
