In a habeas corpus proceeding, the petitioner appeals (1) from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Moskowitz, J.), dated June 23, 1986, which dismissed the writ, and (2) from an order of the same court, dated July 7, 1986, as resettled November 5,1986, which denied his motion for reargument.
Ordered that the appeal from the order dated July 7, 1986, as resettled November 5, 1986, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from an order denying reargument; and it is further,
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
