The question involved in this case concerns the validity of a certain divorce decree entered by the city court of Calumet City. The cause arises on a complaint, filed in the circuit court of Cook county, by which appellant here seeks annullment of his marriage which he contracted with appellee Harriet Stevens, on the ground that at the time of their marriage said appellee had not been divorced from her then husband, Paul Stevens.
