This is a workmen’s compensation case. The appellant, R. Lee Anderson, was denied compensation by the Referee. The award was affirmed upon review by the Industrial Commission and also by the Circuit Court. The claimant has appealed to this Court.

*453Appellant testified that at the time of the accident he was a body shop foreman for respondent, Parrish Chevrolet Company. The day of the accident, March 7, 1967, was a cold day, so cold that respondent’s employees were unable to begin painting the automobiles in the body shop.
