Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Keniry, J.), entered April 28, 1997 in Saratoga County, which denied defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
On November 20, 1993 at approximately 10:30 p.m., plaintiff was injured when he slipped and fell on an icy sidewalk at defendant’s hotel in the City of Saratoga Springs, Saratoga County, while leaving the hotel after dinner.
