Christopher Elder petitions for review of the December 21, 2017, adjudication of the Pennsylvania Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs (Bureau), State Board of Medicine (Board), that denied his application for a license to practice medicine and surgery. The Board denied Elder's application because of his 2010 felony convictions for participating in a conspiracy to distribute controlled substances.
