(after stating the facts). The first assignment of error is that the court erred in not quashing the service of summons upon A. D. Murrell. The suit was filed on the 6th day of July, 1922, in the circuit court for *the Northern District of Arkansas County, Arkansas. Summons was duly issued and served upon A. D. Murrell and J. C. Lloyd. J. O. Lloyd lived in the northern district of Arkansas County, and transacted business under the trade name of National Pump & Well Company. A. D.
