—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from (1) a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Kitzes, J.), dated November 1, 1994, which, upon a jury verdict in favor of, among others, Hollymatic Corp., dismissed the complaint against Hollymatic Corp., and (2) a judgment of the same court dated April 5, 1995, which, upon the jury verdict, dismissed the complaint against the defendant Eastern Store Equipment Co.

Ordered that the judgments are affirmed, with one bill of costs to the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
