{¶ 1} Plaintiff DuJuan L. Adams has filed an affidavit with the clerk of this court under R.C. 2701.03 seeking to disqualify Judge R. Scott Kriehbaum from presiding over any further proceedings in case No. 2013-CV-1398, a civil action pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County.
