There is but one Circuit Court order deciding the issues arising out of the litigation in the two above-stated cases. Hence, one opinion.

On June 4, 1938, Receivers were appointed for Mechanics Building & Loan Association of Spartanburg, S. C, by an order of Honorable T. S. Sease, Circuit Judge, not for the reason that said building and loan association was insolvent but for the purpose of liquidation and conservation of its assets.
