SIBLEY, Circuit Judge.

The appellee, Eas E. Foster, on a claim of total disability, obtained judgment against Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, which by a group poliey had insured the employees of Central of Georgia Railway Company, he being one of them. The group policy was primarily one of life insurance, but contained this provision: “Total and permanent disability benefits.
