This is an action by the parents of a legitimate minor female child for damages caused them by her death by the Avrongful act of the defendant. Every consideration indicates that the cause of action asserted is that accorded parents by the common laiv of Haivaii for damages resulting from the death of their minor children by the Avrongful act of another. A trial ivas had, jury waived.
