Appeal is taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor of plaintiffs, entered upon a verdict, in an action to recover brokers’ commissions, the complaint alleging that plaintiffs produced buyers ready, willing and able to purchase defendants’ automobile business. Appellants’ brief narrows the issues to the question “ whether the ® * * proof was insufficient, as a matter of law, to establish the financial ability of tfie prospective purchasers ’ ’; and, consistently therewith, appellants request reversal and dismissal and not, in the alternative, a new trial; but we give no legal effect…
