PARKER, Chief Judge.

Appellant, Aetna Casualty & Surety Co. (“Aetna”) has appealed an order of the Bankruptcy Judge denying its Motion to Quash Subpoena or for a Protective Order. That Order, entered on January 4, 1993, directed production of documents for the purposes of an examination pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 2004. In its Motion to Quash, Aetna had claimed attorney-client and attorney work product privileges and in response, the Order prospectively denied Aetna and its counsel the benefit of either of these privileges for purposes of the Trustee’s investigation of an…
